Rutalto Terms of Service

Rutalto is a digital platform that helps adult users find or publish shared rides in the Canary Islands. The service is a ride-matching and communications platform, not a transport operator.

Account eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into binding agreements. By continuing, you confirm that the account you use belongs to you and that the information you provide is accurate.

Platform role

Drivers and passengers arrange rides directly with one another. Rutalto does not provide transport services, employ drivers, or take custody of passengers or vehicles. Payments described in the app are peer-to-peer cash arrangements unless a future feature explicitly says otherwise.

User responsibilities

• Provide accurate profile and trip information.
• Only publish rides you genuinely intend to drive and only book trips you intend to take.
• Respect other users, safety rules, and local traffic laws.
• Use the app lawfully and do not harass, discriminate against, impersonate, or defraud other users.

Suspension and removal

Rutalto may restrict or remove accounts, alerts, rides, or content that present safety, fraud, abuse, or legal risks.

Liability framework

The separate Liability Waiver explains the platform’s limited role. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

Termination and data rights

You can request account deletion or data export inside the app. Rutalto may retain or anonymize limited records where necessary for legal, safety, and anti-fraud purposes.
